Who is responsible

Responsible for this app and this website is the operator of Pensum, reachable at pensum@bognar.net.

What stays on the device

All hours, absences and settings stay in the app's protected storage on your device. They are not sent anywhere.

No account, no identifier, no analytics, no advertising SDK.
Your device's iCloud backup includes the app's data; that is Apple's service, not ours.

Purchases

Purchases go through Apple. We learn neither your name nor your payment method; the app only checks whether the purchase exists on your Apple Account.

This website

The website is static and sets no cookies. The host (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data when you visit.

Your rights

Since we store no data about you, there is nothing to inspect or delete on our side. Deleting the app removes every entry. Questions go to pensum@bognar.net.

Legal basis

This website is governed by the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
